Breakfast was plentiful and enormous, I loved almost everything.

Place was fairly clean, everything was perfect. The room was spotless with bath integrated and the bar below the bedroom, just what was needed. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was tasty.

Its location was magnificent, close enough to the hill and the restaurant. The staff was efficient and made us feel comfortable. Our double room was equipped with a work desk, a flat-screen television and a seating area.

The services were excellent.

The charming round room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff were always ready to assist.

Some areas could use better maintenance and updates.

The warm welcome from Kim, a lovely place for a single traveler to explore the beautiful sites around town.

The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was cookd perfectly and there was a good atmosphere in the restaurant. I loved that it was a short walk to rye, real nice. The bar was cozy and inviting too, perfect for winding down after a day out.

The lighting in the bathroom was kinda poor, a bit hard to see. There was some noise from the traffic outside that woke me up a bit early.

I loved the unique circular bed in our room! It made our stay feel special. The decor was a bit dated, and the shower could use an upgrade.

I had such a relaxing stay! The quirky round room was so unique, and the rib eye steak was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Loved the cozy atmosphere and would definitely come back!

Just a fitting option for a lightning stop in Rye with value for money. The owner was really lovely and cute, which put us at ease right away. If you need to blow-dry your hair, bring your own plug adapter because the setup is a bit awkward.

Cozy stay with nice views

We had a comfy night in a nice room with a lovely view. The bed was great, and it was super clean too! Breakfast was decent, and the bar downstairs had a chill vibe. Only bummer was that the dining area felt a bit packed during peak hours, so we waited a bit for a table. Good experience!

The lighting in the washing area felt a bit dim and could use some improvement. A brighter setup would make morning routines smoother. A few items during breakfast were undersized, like the single poached egg and the small rasher of bacon, which left me craving more. The window in our room was broken, not shutting properly, a tad distracting during the night.

This charming place is perfect for me with excellent wi-fi, a cozy bar area, and delicious meals. The staff once gave me great dining tips during my first stay. Highly recommend! I'll be back for the weekend.

The unique round room was cozy and well-stocked. While the staff were mostly friendly, the service during breakfast could have been more attentive, and the cleanliness could improve slightly. A charming experience but with room for enhancement.

We loved the charming rooms with unique round beds and the delicious breakfast every morning. The staff were good, and the setting was just beautiful, with lovely gardens surrounding the hotel.

In my kids' opinion, a small play area would have been great.
